UDecide: The Interactive Transmedia Story for Sexual Health and Wellness / 2021 - 2022
This study presents research that provides a critical overview of the ways to utilize emerging technologies and immersive storytelling to engage college students with sexual health and wellness education. The evidence suggests that intertwining education, technology, and storytelling can work to eliminate the stigma around sexual health and encourage students to think more deeply about their sexual health and relationship choices. UDecide: The Interactive Transmedia Story transforms the traditional classroom into an interactive podcast, character social media accounts, and an augmented reality (AR) experience that educates college students on sexual health and wellness topics.

The David Letterman Learning Experience / 2021 - 2022
During my second year of graduate school, I served as the communication strategist for the David Letterman Learning Experience. The David Letterman Learning Experience (DLLE) is an interdisciplinary, project-based learning opportunity in partnership with Ball State’s Emerging Media Design and Development program and David Letterman.
Each year, a cohort of graduate students create immersive projects using cutting-edge technologies and storytelling methods. Indelible: A Class. A Podcast. A Conversation. / 2019
During my final semester of undergrad, I worked on an immersive project titled "Indelible." I collaborated with an interdisciplinary group of students to produce an original podcast investigating and conversating about sexual violence on college campuses. In addition to the podcast, we created a website, developed a marketing strategy, conducted research, and planned a showcase event.
The project aims to amplify the voices and stories of survivors to help give students access to crucial information and urge administrators across the nation to address this nationwide problem, and work to innovate equitable and empathetic ways to protect, educate, and serve their students. My high academic standing and involvement on campus granted me the opportunity to be featured in various Ball State University marketing campaigns. You can find my picture on recruitment mail, the side of a campus shuttle bus, and a pole banner. I have done various video projects for the university, including appearing in their official commercial and Cardinals Care Pledge PSA in response to the global pandemic.
